ULMNP is an expert group in the field of laser micro/nano processing and functionalization of materials comprising highly skilled scientists. ULMNP is focused on fundamental and applied issues related to laser interactions with matter and the development of advanced photochemical functionalization schemes for the development of novel materials.

The lab infrastructure comprise various short (nanosecond, picosecond) and ultrashort (femtosecond) UV, VIS and NIR laser sources combined with a series laser processing and nanomaterials synthesis and deposition workstations with in-line optical diagnostics.
